If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s), provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and un-used, i.e. in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels still attached. The company will not be liable for returns if the product is stained/corroded by make up or perfume, scratched or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
You must inform us in writing, within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), if you are not satisfied with the item(s) and want to return it.

Customer shall bear all return shipping costs and expenses, including duties. These costs will NOT be refunded. Creature Jewellery takes no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the shipping costs.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non returnable and non refundable.
Please make sure to include your original invoice when returning goods.
If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Creature Jewellery will offer a refund credited to the Card account used in the original sales transaction. Please be aware that in case of refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and that shipment costs to send back goods are charged to the customer. We recommend you use a courier or registered post to send back goods.
Creature Jewellery will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.’
