When will my order arrive?

If you have placed an order to the UK please note that standard delivery should take 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

Do you require a signature upon delivery?

We care about our jewellery and want to ensure it is delivered safely. This is why we reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Are you treating someone to Creature Jewellery or are you simply treating yourself? – let us gift wrap it for you. Add our gift-wrap service to your order at check out for £2. The order will arrive beautifully gift-wrapped in pink biodegradable tissue paper with our signature Creature box and a personalised hand written note.

What is your minimal packaging option?

Help us be more sustainable by choosing minimal packaging at checkout. Minimal Packaging is our way of cutting down excess packaging where more than one item is ordered. Instead of each item being boxed individually your jewellery will come neatly packaged together inside one box.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship Internationally. We want Creature jewellery to be enjoyed by everyone.

International shipping costs will vary and will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

How shall I take care of my jewellery?

We want your jewellery to last, therefore with every order we send a care guide so you know how best to look after your new jewels.

To keep your jewellery looking its best we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals and water as this can tarnish the plating of the jewellery. It is advisable to remove jewellery when in the shower, applying perfume or when going to bed.

How do I find out my ring size?

Each one of our rings is listed with our International Size Guide to help you find the perfect fit.

How do I return or exchange my order?

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s), provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and un-used. All items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels still attached.

Please note the company will not be liable for returns if the product is stained/corroded by make up or perfume, scratched or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.

You must inform us in writing, within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), if you are not satisfied with the item(s) and want to return it.

Our jewellery is made by specialist craftsmen in Thailand & England. We work extremely closely with each partner to ensure we produce the best design with the best ethical practices.
